QProTalent provides access to verified talent for project-based work. All contracts, payments, and communications are managed through our platform. You acknowledge that all work is provided by our talent under the agency model.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Contracts and Payments

All contracts are between you and QProTalent.

Payments are collected through our integrated payment system (Stripe) and processed according to the agreed contract type (hourly, fixed, milestone, or monthly).

Risk-free trial periods, if applicable, are defined in the contract.

Payments Through QProTalent

All project payments must be processed through the QProTalent platform.

Contracts, invoices, and payments made outside the platform are not covered by QProTalent’s customer support, risk-free trial, or dispute resolution services.

Clients agree to keep all project communications and payments within QProTalent to ensure a secure, transparent, and protected experience.

QProTalent does not assume liability for projects or payments conducted outside the platform.

4. Client and Talent Conduct

Users must act professionally and follow applicable laws.

Harassment, fraud, or abusive behavior is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

Work produced belongs to the client after full payment, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

QProTalent retains rights to platform content and branding.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

QProTalent acts as an agency; we facilitate projects but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Liability is limited to the fees paid through the platform.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
